Certain Homes is a third generation family owned full service construction company [Licensed & Insured] focusing in the construction of custom homes  

Based in Miami, Florida the companies roots go back to Colombia where our companies founder was born and built his first residential house over 60 years ago  

Currently the firm is run by its president Alejandro J. Certain. His two sons, Pierre Angelo Certain & Jean Pierre Certain, have recently joined the company and bring a fresh and modern approach to the firm’s well-developed building process.

 The father-and-son team guides the firm in fulfilling its aim of addressing each and every need of the client when it comes to building their perfect custom home.
